100 Hour Service
Every 100 hours (or once a year) your boat’s engine needs to have the following service:

CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL AND REPLACE THE OIL FILTER.

INSPECT THE THERMOSTAT.

CHECK THE LOW-PRESSURE FUEL FILTER FOR CONTAMINANTS.

CHECK THE TORQUE OF THE FASTENERS THAT SECURE THE OUTBOARD.
-
CHECK THE CORROSION CONTROL ANODES.
-
DRAIN AND REPLACE THE GEARCASE LUBRICANT.
-
INSPECT AND TEST BATTERY.
-
TEST RUN ENGINE AND DOWNLOAD ENGINE HISTORY ON COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS.
